Maceió
THE VILLAGE
Maceió is in the middle of a succession of deserted beaches, a location very frequented by local tourists during weekends and high season.
The rest of the time it is a quiet place, its immense beach remains empty, being enjoyed by some fishermen or walkers who gather in the bars and restaurants facing the ocean.
NATURE
In a landscape dominated by deserted beaches and dune fields, fresh water changes the scenery, creating life wherever it passes.
This is the ideal terrain for a 4×4 or quad adventure, which will be necessary to reach Barra dos Remédios, a small oasis created by the mouth of a river that contrasts with the predominant landscape of the region.
Nearby, the town of Camocim can also be visited, which carries some vestiges of the flourishing economy of past centuries.
KITESURF
This spot is naturally protected from the ocean, leaving an area of flat waters. To play with the waves one will have to go to the open sea or travel along the coast.
Its endless beach makes it an ideal place to practice downwind, the best way to take advantage of its entire coastline. Along it, areas of calm waters mingle with others of waves, forming an ocean of tranquillity at low tide.
